为落实《电子 信息产业调整和振兴规划》，引导推进光纤宽带网络建设，拉动国内相关产业发展，切实发挥光纤宽带对国民经济和社会发展的基础和促进作用，现就推进我国光纤 宽带网络建设提出以下意见： For the "electronic information industry restructuring and revitalization plan" to guide the advancing fiber-optic broadband network construction, driving the development of related domestic industries, and play a fiber-optic broadband on the basis of economic and social development and facilitating role, is to promote the building of China's fiber-optic broadband network the following observations:
